Apple Upside Down Cake

Heat up some sugar in a pan to make caramel, don't burn it. Add some water so it doesn't harden too much.

Put the caramel in an oven dish, then fruit rings - pineapple or apple

Beat: 3 cups flour, 3 cups sugar, 3 eggs, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon Royal

40 mins in the oven at 170 C

Cool, loosen with a spatula and flip onto a flat tray or plate
