Brasilian Food - Feijoada

It’s Saturday, so here’s a recipe for some Brazilian food:

Put some onions and garlic in a pan and make them a bit brown - medium heat. Usually some meat as well.

Get one large can of black beans, or if you have a pressure cooker soak some dried black beans and cook with the rest in the pressure cooker.

Make some rice - fry some rice in a bit of oil for five minutes on medium, throw in some water and cook until water is absorbed. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.

Serve with salad, veg etc. My favourite is abobora ( pumpkin ) and a salad made of:

Tomatoes, thinly sliced onions, olive oil salt and lemon.

Joga cebola, alho na panella e espera ate ficar um pouco marron - fogo medio. As vezes pode usar carne tambem.

Pegue um lata grande de feijao preto, o se voce tem um panela de pressao deixa de molho feijao preto seco e cozinha ate nao tem mais agua. Deixe ficar dez minutos.

Comer com salada, legumes etc. Eu prefiro abobora e salada de:

tomate, cebola em tiras pequenas, azeite e limao.
